Abingdon is located only 6 miles south of Oxford. Abingdon was once the county town of Berkshire but became part of Oxfordshire in 1974. It was once the proud home of the MG sports car the town it is now home to The Abingdon Business Park Abingdon Science Park and Milton Park which include many new industries, established on spacious, light industrial estates and Science Parks, including computing, the manufacture of scientific instruments and cosmetics.
