Travelling down High Street and over Magdalen Bridge you reach The Plain, a roundabout with a Victorian fountain from which roads lead to St. Clements, Headington, Cowley and Iffley.  Apartments, bars and restaurants are being developed amongst the traditional properties. 

This area is very accessible to the city centre on foot or to the many hospitals located in Headington and also to Brookes University and the Oxford Business Park in Cowley and has excellent bus links to other parts of the city
